We work with a limited number of couples, so every relationship receives our full focus and care. From the first spark of concept through day-of execution, our team provides personalized, one-on-one collaboration, hand-selecting each element to ensure a cohesive and distinct celebration. MEET SYNCLAIR,
Based in Tucson, Arizona, Synclair is a full-service event planner and the owner of Synclair Events. Growing up, she realized her passion for events while working for her dad’s catering company, taking the opportunity to test out her ideas on his clients.
She continued orchestrating events at the University of Florida, working as a lead Events Graduate Assistant for their entrepreneurship center. Upon earning her Masters in Entrepreneurship, Synclair returned home to get her start in the hospitality industry, grabbing every bit of knowledge she could.
Circumstances led her to work under one of Miami’s premier wedding planners and dive into the opulence that is South Florida’s luxury market. In her most recent years, she works as a corporate event planner at the longest running five star, five diamond resort in the world, earning her Certified Meeting Professional designation.
Between her attention to detail and calm demeanor, it’s easy to see that she truly loves what she does. When she’s not obsessing over her next event, she’s spending time with her husband Tray and two littles, Roman and Siena.
